Cancellation Policy

At Beach Fishing Adventures, we reserve your trip date and turn away other bookings. Therefore, all bookings are subject to the following cancellation policy:

Refunds are permitted only under extenuating circumstances. Examples of extenuating circumstances include, but are not limited to:

• A police report in the event of an accident;

• A flight cancellation notice;

• A medical notice from a licensed medical professional;

• Other similar circumstances beyond the guest’s control, as determined by Beach Fishing Adventures in its sole discretion.

To request a refund, you must notify us as soon as possible and provide acceptable written documentation supporting the extenuating circumstance. Requests without supporting documentation will not be approved.

All refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Approval is at the sole discretion of Beach Fishing Adventures. If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Cancellations for any other reason—including change of plans, weather concerns when the trip has not been officially cancelled by us, or failure to arrive on time—are not eligible for a refund. Deposits and payments are non-refundable and non-transferable, except as required by this policy or applicable law.

In lieu of a refund, we may, at our discretion, allow you to reschedule your trip to another available date. Rescheduling is subject to availability and any price differences.

No-shows are not eligible for refunds.

If Beach Fishing Adventures cancels your trip due to unsafe weather, mechanical issues, or other operational reasons, we will offer you a rescheduled trip or a full refund, at your choice.
